I went into this T-Mobile store yesterday 6/24/25 and was immediately welcomed by a very experienced associate Maydeline. I was having issues setting up my new phone and she helped me with the process ensuring all of my data was transferred properly before erasing the old phone. Melani was extremely helpful and kind when explaining our new plan rates with us. She ensured we felt welcomed and informed as we discussed new phone options and was very professional. I appreciate the service she provided and would recommend this store to anyone that was interested in Tmobile services.
The whole management is rude… specifically the girl at the front door on Tuesday april 29 at 5:20 pm doesn’t know anything about human beings treatment… zero experience and horrible behaviour towards the customer, didn’t expect to be treated like that from T-Mobil, choose your employees wisely… horrible service.
