Meh experience. The manager quickly handed me off to a less experienced employee who fumbled with an attempt to restore power to my phone since the charging port went bad. Not their fault, however they seemed to be lacking equipment to be able to do their jobs so I lost data on the older phone. The store had a low inventory of phones and desired peripherals so I didn't get everything I needed from a phone upgrade.
After several days of intermittent service problems with my phone I visited the T Mobile store on Valley Parkway. I was instantly greeted by Arianna. We sat down and after answering several questions she checked my phone and replaced the Sim card. Rebooted and tested the phone and all is well again. She also let me know about my upgrade options and other promotions that may help me. She gave outstanding service and this was an awesome experience. Thank you Arianna!
Great help and the friendly staff made the switch easy even going above and beyond to get us taken care of . Short wait time and honest compared to the authorized retailer down the street.
