Great customer service. For various reasons, I had to go 3 different times in a week with one visit being 3 hours. While I was frustrated and didn’t want to be there, it had nothing to do with any of the employees. They were efficient, timely and hardworking and kept checking in.

Came in frustrated due to my bill always fluctuating, got help from RJ, after his explanation as to why my bill was inconsistent, he made it all make sense. Go to RJ for all your T-Mobile needs!!!
Switched over from Verizon, was helped by RJ, was able to have T-Mobile pay off my phone and still give me a discount a new phone!!!! If you are looking to make the move ask for RJ at this location.
