Came in frustrated due to my bill always fluctuating, got help from RJ, after his explanation as to why my bill was inconsistent, he made it all make sense. Go to RJ for all your T-Mobile needs!!!
Switched over from Verizon, was helped by RJ, was able to have T-Mobile pay off my phone and still give me a discount a new phone!!!! If you are looking to make the move ask for RJ at this location.

I am very happy with tmobile, I recently purchased a smartwatch for my Samsung. I was assisted by R.J. and he was great. Not only did he help explain my bill to me, he was able to get me a promotion on a tablet for my child. I would highly recommend asking for R.J. if you need help with your phone services.
Lakewood TMobile used to be a store I dreaded but decided to try this location again, was helped by RJ and he was so attentive and explained my bill. I will be going back to this store from now on.
