Ok can't complain
Went to this store to drop off my trade in and they processed $0 value for it when my app gave me credit. Went back later to add a line and they lied to me about having to change my plan and change it back. Had to call customer service to make things right and that is how I found out they did some shady things which almost cost me my grandfathered plan which is cheaper than the go5 thing they offer now.
