Came into the store 2/28/2026 Horrible customer service! Workers notice our presence didn’t greet us, just looked at us..didn’t sign us in or anything..more people walk in…same…after 20 minutes being finally sign in..they started calling people that got here after us…RIDICULOUSLY!!!!

Walked in, no greeting, worker just sitting down, made eye contact with multiple employees, sat down after grabbing my own item, waited, someone walks in after me, instant greeting and assisted right away. Crazy work /:
This used to be the spot to get good customer service. Theres 5 employees talking about sports games and gossip. Do yourself a favor and go to the Tmobile at Cerritos
After visiting the TMobile store at the Cerritos Town Center twice and multiple calls to customer service and reaching maximum frustration I finally decided to visit this store to assist me with porting my number from another carrier. Despite being being very busy 2 days after Christmas, my wait was short. Itzel assisted me and she was great. She was immediately able to assist me with the porting issue for two phone lines and even helped me get the app setup. She was very personable and extremely knowledgeable. THANK YOU!
