Last year Sprint had a promo to trade cell phones and services from another cell carrier....which we had Verizon at the time. They took 2 of our new Verizon cellphones...with the sprint's promise to pay the balance to Verizon, and todate....Sprint has not paid our bill with Verizon, and Sprint never returned our new Verizon Cell phones at the time.
