I came asking for a quote for 2 phones, everything was going great until I told her if she can waive the activation fee because the phones were going to be gift and I did not want to open them because like I said they are going to be gifts but she Absolutely said no, that she has to open to them. I have currently have a business account with them I was able to take phone out a phone at another retail store sealed. Please be aware of fees that can be waived and rude sales people. 4/7/26 3:30pm
Thought we had a good experience until we ended up with a bunch of charges after a few months of switching from Verizon to T-Mobile. We ended up going to the t mobile store in Gilroy that isn’t a satellite location and they explained to us the “free” tablet and “free” trackers provided to us when we signed up for T-Mobile were not free and we were paying Internet service charges every month for them.
