Worst customer service ever the girl with the curly hair didn’t even bother helping she just stared at us blankly don’t even bother coming here to waste your time if I could Id give it zero stars. Laziest guy in Dallas...wouldn't help.
I went in this morning to order a tablet replacement because mine has been having issues with it over heating, which I had addressed with someone from tech support last week. They told me to come in to any branch store to order a replacement after my payment arrangement had been taken care of. So this morning when I went into the store, the female employee immediately asks me if I have a mask since I'm not wearing one or if I'm vaccinated.
