The trade in AKA Lease is a mandatory 18-24 months before you can switch to a different carrier, if you decide to switch carriers before the lease is up, you still have to pay almost the full price of the phone and your trade in becomes worthless. Vincent was absolutely awesome. he helped us and answered all of our questions. My husband and I were really impressed at the high level of knowledge from services to discounts. Unfortunately the center did not have phones in stock so we had to go to another location since we needed them the same day.
ASK FOR Vincent, he is the man. He was able to take an upgrade with only 20ish minutes left. We ended up leaving past closing however, he earned every penny of my business because he happily stayed past closing for a customer. I would be happy to come to this store again over Park Ln’s Corporate Store..
