I find it really hard to believe that there was absolutely not a single iPhone at this location. Not a single one, no matter the model. Feels like the sales rep did not want to sell to us. He was dismissive and did not provide any guidance as to where we can upgrade our phone

I came to the store to add a line and wasted more than an hour being given false informations & instructions and confusing customer service, rather than working he was directing me to call 611, Which i did and they said contrary to his instructions. But rather than admitting he’s wrong he said I don’t know we have different policy here at this specific store!!! Not helpful at all. If you’re not a potential sale they’ll send you off to another store.
Walked in wanting a home internet for my account and dyron supervised the whole transaction and made it quick and simple for me. I can definitely see a promotion in his future.
