You would think Sprint is one big company that works together... turns out NO WAY!!! Sprint store is one and the Sprint website is another. Plus I was told that the Sprint website reps don’t know what they are doing, they don’t review everything on your account and there’s a lot of complaints from customers. Truly unbelievable but it’s the sad truth.
