I don’t recommend anything from in store to online customer service. There is nothing positive anymore to say about their service plans that take you hostage for years and offer horrible network quality and service. Don’t do it!!! Verizon or anyone else but the Sprint companies...
Ordered my phone through Sprint around Thanksgiving. It took all of it about 10 days to really get the phone with absolute trash. The phone itself is okay service was terrible. It didn't work at my house. My girlfriend's house or at my job which between these places I spend 95.9% of my time there. I returned my phone within the 30 day satisfaction guarantee that Sprint offers 100% percent satisfaction. I return my phone on the 28th day to the store on South Florida Avenue in ...
