Well where should I start. Was told to go to this Sprint store for the repair of my son's phone. 40 minutes from my house. Just so they could mail it off to Apple.. lol.. Got the phone back today. And it needed to be activated. So I give them a call. Stayed on hold for a total of 66 minutes 14 seconds. Just so they could tell me to call 888-211-4727 to have the phone activated. With technology today this is completely unacceptable customer service. Attached is a photo to show proof of how long I was on the phone.
RecommendedWe had a great experience at Sprint on Archer!! We both had cracked screens, one on the front and one on the back! The Employees were all friendly and we had fast service!! And our phones look AMAZING!! Best part is we only paid $30 per phone for the fix! The only down side is we had to drive over an hour to get to a repair shop! Would like to have one closer! But good job guys!!
Relatively dumb employee I dealt with in the store ,I personally won’t go back nor recommend them .Ill switch phone carriers shortly and be done with mess ,they also have spotty service
