They’re so incompetent. The little “greeter” at the front door was rude and condescending. We walked in and told him our situation (to activate and return a phone) he told us to come back when the technician was back from lunch. Ok whatever, no biggie. We get there again, a dude tells us to wait for the real technician since he’s not equipped for that and so we wait. We wait for 2 f****** hours. Then the greeter comes over and tells us they cant help us since we have a return box, which he knew about in the beginning. The mo... read more
