Simply amazing the customer services that I received in this store Rose Weimar was the rep who assisted us. She was extremely helpful and caring. As good as it get!
I have only been with sprint since 11/1 but they're customer service is horrible. I have to call numerous times and get different answers from different representatives. I wish that I never left ATT. Big mistake! I tried to get out of with in the 14 days but the manager who was very nice did things for me so I thought everything was all set. NOT!!!! Now I am stuck between a rock and hard place. Thanks to the incompetence of customer service. I don't recommend them not at less you like to argue.....
