RecommendedTook my daughters phone to get fixed because she broke the screen. They repair guy was amazing. Great personality and awesome customer service. Even though it has to be sent out to be fixed they gave her a loaner phone until then. Love sprint. This was the Plantation location in The Fountians
Music is very loud, very annoying and wont be back.... reason for my poor network service, the guy said “yeah i know it’s bad we’re merging with T-Mobile, give it a few more months the network service should be better” .. 0 Stars

So let’s talk loyalty..... You stay with Sprint for 14 years, visit the store for a new plan, they tell you “only new customers get the new, awesome, unlimited, inexpensive plan.” Ok, cancel my service and I’ll start a new plan “Oh! No, you can’t do that, you’ll have to be a non-customer for 6 months to get our great rates.” So your telling me, you don’t care if customers are loyal to you, and if they are, and want a better deal, you are asking them to leave your company? Smart Sprint, very smart.
Whatever you do run from this store. They will sell you the world and lie right to your face. They will put it in writing and then say sorry...our sales person was wrong. The managers don’t follow thru on statements or commitments. Then stumble over words when you’ve proven them wrong. I promise you will regret signing up for Sprint. Especially at this store.
