Horrible customer service! From the minute I walked in I was treated terribly from the greeter, when I mentioned a concern I had I was given even more attitude. They do not care about their customers at all! He kept telling me I was late for my appointment, when I told him I wasn't late that he just checked me in late because he was not around when I walked in and I just stood around waiting he told me "well, that's the way it is"
Went in last night to purchase phones that I had arranged thru corporate. First off got attitude right away from sales girl, she is the iPhone expert and of course I was buying Samsung. Could not do my sale because in store can't do 2 year pricing anymore. Even though I had an email from corporate that said I could purchase at my local Sprint store. Awesome staff! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! Highly recommend this store as well as Sprint! They saved my husband and I so much money switching from T-Mobile.
