El día 10/20 a las 5pm Llegué a el lugar pidiendo ayuda que hablara español a lo que me remitieron a una persona que no hablaba español pero entendía un poco su nombre es Iván, se me dificultaba entender y traducir varias palabras a la persona que estaba conmigo pues no habla ni entiende inglés, luego llegó un centro americano a necesitar también ayuda y otra persona lo atendió completamente en español. Es una falta de atención y respeto. Pésimo servicio T-Mobile GLEN COVE
