We had an emergency with our phone service and Ivan and Emerson were extremely knowledgeable and helpful! They knew exactly what to do and helped us figure it out

went here to exchange a phone bought at another location. I was assisted by Arnav. he was excellent. answered all my questions and made the transition process so easy. he explained everything and was such a pleasure to work with. if I need any help with t-mobile, Arnav is who I will be going to.
Upon entering the store, I was greeted by energetic ready to help team members. The service I received was excellent! I will definitely be coming back in the future. And make sure you ask for Ivans help! He’s great!!
