Horrible service from a district manager. My screen and back was cracked. In the corners it was chipping away( it's happened before and they always fix it with warranty) but they refused and tried to sell me the phone I wanted to upgrade to at a higher price, saying my phone was non usable and terrible condition so I couldn't get the sale price. They wouldn't even try or let me speak to the repair agent. They just didnt want to risk me keeping my current phone because it worked 100% just needed new screen. My issue isn't tha... read more
I am absolutely frustrated by the lack of service or customer care at Sprint. Not one wants to help you resolve issues when your phone doesn’t work. Sprint passes you along to their insurance support Asurion and they send you back to Sprint. $800 on a phone plus almost $12 a month for insurance and nothing can be done? Unacceptable Sprint!
sprint is terrible i have been a customer for a while now and ive had my iphone 7 plus for over a year. i was treated so rudely and also got no help but ended up spending tons on money on my bill to get an upgrade that i never got
