My experience was great! The staff was very knowledgeable and super personable. I highly recommend talking to DJ Jones. His customer service was so awesome. He should be called butter, because he was on a roll.
Mr DJ Jones goes above and beyond the call of duty. He is very know on the Samsung phones and today, he was able to put a smile on my face on showing me how to do a soft reboot. Job well done. Thanks DJ
Evil manager in this store tried to unlock my phone and was to incompetent to do it after 4 hours of trying so instead of just saying she could not unlock it she lied and said the reason why is because my phone was reported as stolen. I had a flight to Denver the next day and went into a store in Colorado and they did what she couldn’t do in 10 mins.
