RecommendedStore manager approached me right away with other workers very busy and took my info. Phone was stuck in update mode. He took it to the back of store where his tech Joel not only fixed it but personally came out and helped me update my watch and pair it while I sat at one of their charging tables. Store was full - he was real busy but kept coming back out to check on me and make sure everything was moving along during the updates. This store has great customer service and Joel is awesome. Giving this store 1 star is absolutely way to high. We had dealt with a employee named Doug who is apparently a manager. This guy was extremely rude and provided terrible customer service! Not to mention the fact that him saying the phone was “good” and not ensuring it was hooked up correctly we got home and the phone did not work! Highly discourage people from using this store! Go to the sprint on 5th street highway in Muhlenberg very disappointed Doug!
