I would not recommended this store to anybody because of a rude ignorant employee named Hope. My so, is special needs who needs assistance making phone calls and dealing with some situations. He added his sister to his plan, per customer service she was authorized to pick the phone up and just because I made the phone call to the store to notify them she was picking it up... somehow turned into a fraud situation. the manager Eric is one of the most unprofessional clerks I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with..I'm an 11 year customer and I was done after that guy but the company ended up giving me what I wanted that HE wouldn't and said I couldn't get hahaha meanwhile I have more clout with this company than you do Eric..they threw a bunch of free stuff at me to stay and the bill is cheap but do yourselves a favor and take it from someone who has dealt with this company for YEARS..GO WITH ANOTHER CARRIER!!..their employees are ... read more
Very unsatisfied with the service I have received here. I've came to this store a total of 2 times and both times have been given poor customer service and given invalid information and lack of service. I go to any other sprint store and I have no issues, every question is answered fully, I don't leave unless the problem is resolved and I'm not told to call a phone number when they are sprint representatives. Will never use this store, would rather drive an extra hour to a store that properly handled all situations.
The management is barnone the best I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with.
