When we signed up last year we were told the 3 extra lines they almost forced us into getting were free for 2 years. Fast forward to now, we’re being charged for the lines that we never wanted to begin with. And what do they tell us? “It’s in your contract.” Oh and they refuse to help us at store level, we were told any plan changes must be done by calling customer service meanwhile when we signed up, we were told to never call customer service and always come on. My bill has more than doubled and they promised I’d be paying... read more
Excellent staff, hard working, and possibly the most friendly people I’ve ever met. I personally don’t know what Dean is talking about. I actually give Dean half a Star.
