When you buy your phone and your plan check before you leave because they will full boat you on everything without even asking you, insurance highest plan, a plan that you did not ask for. But the highest plan that they have. They will not ask you. They will just do it and then you walk out the door and you don't realize it until you read the invoice. Very dissatisfied!
