On 4/22/2026 I needed to seek a new cell phone. Having a trusted and reliable team to assist you with your phone needs is a great comfort. I was genuinely impressed by how, even when they were busy, they came together to ensure that everyone received the help they needed. Starr actively checks on her team and shows concern for their needs. They are all professional, which contributes greatly to good customer service.
I was publicly humiliated by an associate named Starr at this location! As my husband and I were discussing options for a charger for his phone he was purchasing, I reminded him to stay within our budget as this was an emergency purchase that we didn’t financially prepare for. Lorenzo has HORRIBLE customer service. Came in for assistance as told to do by the representative over the phone- he had horrible customer service with the rep as well as my husband
My experience with store manager Starr was an amazing experience she took care of all my service I definitely recommend asking for her in the future. Everything met my satisfaction.
I am highly upset with my experience just now at T-Mobile in Locust Grove, GA. I came to be serviced at 6:20 pm and they were closing the gate when the sign says closing is at 8 pm. I am high dissatisfied with this location.
