Lorenzo has HORRIBLE customer service. Came in for assistance as told to do by the representative over the phone- he had horrible customer service with the rep as well as my husband
My experience with store manager Starr was an amazing experience she took care of all my service I definitely recommend asking for her in the future. Everything met my satisfaction.
I am highly upset with my experience just now at T-Mobile in Locust Grove, GA. I came to be serviced at 6:20 pm and they were closing the gate when the sign says closing is at 8 pm. I am high dissatisfied with this location.
