Stopped in to get screen protector as I had protection plan. Starr was over 15 minutes late as a manager. Walked in with attitude and was not nice considering 3 customers were waiting on her and she had to stop and get her lunch was more important than being to work on time.. Lania was very helpful in assisting me updating my plan and getting new equipment. Both associates working were very friendly and polite as they assisted multiple guests during my visit. Thank you Lania for making this a positive experience.
Diego and Sam were both incredible to work with! Both super polite, professional, and courteous. I never felt rushed or felt like I was a bother being in there. They both created a very welcoming environment and made the transition from Verizon to T-Mobile that much better!
