5 STARS I set out yesterday to upgrade my phone and either fix my tablet or get a new one. I went to the spring lake store and left after 15 minutes because of the poor customer service and attitude I was getting from the rep. I decided to try Ramsey St and it was definitely the right decision. I was approached by the rep and right away I could tell he was super friendly and actually wanted to listen to my situation. I had one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Teresa (The store manager) and Awsome (yes his name is Awsome) we’re understanding to my needs and was able to accommodate them all. This weekend sprint has a great deal with iPhones and accessories which helped me make some good decisions for my family. I had a simple problem that calling the customer service (on the phone) kept pulling teeth to fix. I stopped in here and was able to get in and out without a fuss. Plus they had a donation drive going for the community. Love that!

Worst Service ever!!! More interested in selling me a new phone than diagnosing the problem with my 16 month old IPhone. Really polite while they take you money ( phone needed new wall charger - $17 at Walmart - Sprint employees never tried!!
