The female supervisor at this location errantly charged me $925 in October and I am still battling to get MY money back. I simply went in to pay off 3 phones & she didn’t listen to the transaction I was trying to make. Long story short, she charged me $925 then realized she undercharged me. She then rang me up for $1,700+ (the correct amount) and didn’t credit me for the $925. It’s December 21st & I’m still arguing this charge.
