Kevin provided the best customer service I have ever received at any business. He was very respectful, courteous, and worked to resolve the issue at hand. After working for half an hour, the problem was fixed. (I had spent 3 hours on the phone with T-Mobile's support and they couldn't solve it.) Kevin was very personable and knowledgeable. He knew the workings of T-Mobile well and was fantastic. Exactly the kind of person that exemplifies what customer service should be. Fantastic experience.

I visited T-Mobile last Thursday and had an excellent experience thanks to Dar’rell. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and attentive.
