We were very happy with the 3 people that ported our 2 existing Samsung phones from Verizon. Everyone was friendly and professional. We are saving money and getting more data. Tip: save time by doing a TransUnion credit UNFREEZE before you arrive.
The store manager Diana C is just amazing with a kind heart for superior customer support! She was so patient with me to resolve a challenge I had and you won't be able to find that kind of service easily somewhere else.
Excellent customer service and reasonable priced plans. Picture of the Gary, the person T-Mobil should be proud of for providing very detailed descriptions of all plans and helped me choose what worked best for me.
I just want to say thank you to the guy that helped clean up a mess T-Mobile call center made. I think his name was Brent . If you have any issues I highly recommend going into the store and avoid the call center. The whole staff was definitely friendly
