This is hands down the rudest and most unprofessional T-Mobile store I’ve ever stepped into, if you want to feel disrespected and dismissed, this location has the perfect employee for it. The female representative was unprofessional to the point of being insulting—condescending, unhelpful, and flat-out disrespectful. Instead of assistance, we got attitude and contempt. I recently switched back to T-Mobile from Verizon. I had run out of data in a place where I needed it, and there was some network problem when I tried to add to my Verizon prepaid plan. I went to the Verizon store. They were stumped at being able to add data to my plan and told me to call the main support line. That's how they lost my business. I (and the t mobile rep I am praising here) both could not figure out how to get any actual help on the line at Verizon's support. It hung up on me twice before I switched. I'm not su... read more

Michael is amazing. He was patient, knowledgeable and had integrity. I came in yesterday to buy a new phone. Michael said all I needed was to update my iOS. He made genuine conversation with me and was attentive to all customers in the store. I walked out with my same phone but got a new Apple Watch. I would highly recommend coming to him for assistance.

Switched from Verizon and wish I would have done it sooner. I haven't found a place yet where my service lags. The associates here are amazing. Had an issue with transferring my data and even though it took 2 hours (not the stores fault) it didn't even feel like it. Jazzy and Desiree took every effort to ensure I felt welcome and taken care of from start to finish. I'll definitely be back to make more purchases.
