Came to get assistance with my phone bcuz i got a new phone and the number was not transferring to the new phone. I talk with Steve and explained to him that i was on the phone with T-Mobile yesterday but i needed to update my pin and without it i couldn'tdo anything. He went through phone and tried what i told him it was not working. Then he asked if theje wifi was working in the office and,he was told no.
