I'm trying to understand the T-Mobile (Brier Creek) location was somehow "locked out" of accepting my return of two accessories? (Purchased online from T-Mobile). Granted certain locations may not be able to process returns for online purchases, it would have been great to provide a list of the specific locations that can actually process those types of returns, instead of having the customer drive all across God's green Earth trying to make a simple return.
