The satellite service is awesome and getting better all the time. When I won’t need it and I’ll be face-to-face with Jesus and be in heaven with him.
Earl and his staff are professionals but yet they make you feel like family. Their knowledge of plans, phones and customer service is second to none. Earl should be a regional manager, he just has what it takes to be great at whatever he does.
Giving one star because they lack hospitality and their word on when they say something is going be one price and then add on other fees. Unfortunately the two ladies who work here didn't even know what customer service should look like. A month ago I switch from metro as a ten year customer because they said tmobile had the deals and outstanding service. Well the first week I was proven wrong by the lady in tmobile, Amelia who when I went in to get the said phone case they said that would be free from their customer service... read more
