Anthony the rep that has helped me explain my bill after going to Sam has helped me alot in making it cheaper and affordable. Wish we has more reps like that.
Came to the store and was helped by Anthony and Earl who were very insightful and knowledgeable on how to troubleshoot my device and refer me to resources to get help. :)
I came into the store to get new Internet b/c I was disappointed with previous carrier and wanted to see what T-Mobile offers. I met the store manager Earl who helped me get my internet service setup as well as informed me about the bundle service if I brought over my 2 lines from Verizon. Earl was exceptional and magical was able to get my numbers ported from Verizon who was giving me a hard time. I do not know what I would do without Earl who was patient and gave expert advice and he deserves a raise.
They were very pleasant. They were quick with assisting me with my issue. Will come back if I need more help.
Place kept very clean, the staff is very professional with amazing customer service.. it's a whole vibe.
