So after my 1st trip to T-Mobile last month, I was so frustrated I chose not to put a review because it would have been ugly. I bought a new phone, paid my bill early and a month later I have a phone locked up I can't use. So I was left no choice but to travel 15 miles and go back to the store. I prayed. My husband did the switch from us cellular to T mobile...Worst experience ever.Had 2 lines ,1 line was activated and working, 2nd line wouldn't work.Went almost a week without phone service.
This is my second time at this store, and worst service ever. It seems T-mobile would like you to do all of the work yourself before you come to the store on your phone. However they have plenty of "customer service agents" in the store to be rude to you for asking questions about your plan, upgrading, changing services, getting a new phone or whatever you may need no matter how nice you may try to be. Very frustrating . I don't know if the goal is to lose customers all together but..... it would be nice if anyone at anytime... read more
Incompetent employees that are shy to help customers. They become involved in another transaction, give their customer the incorrect SIM card that goes with the phone they purchased. Then they are all shook like these kind of things don’t happen. Lied to my whole two year experience. If you hate your job like your body language says, just go look for another job. Many places are hiring.
The satellite service is awesome and getting better all the time. When I won’t need it and I’ll be face-to-face with Jesus and be in heaven with him.
