I came into the store to get new Internet b/c I was disappointed with previous carrier and wanted to see what T-Mobile offers. I met the store manager Earl who helped me get my internet service setup as well as informed me about the bundle service if I brought over my 2 lines from Verizon. Earl was exceptional and magical was able to get my numbers ported from Verizon who was giving me a hard time. I do not know what I would do without Earl who was patient and gave expert advice and he deserves a raise.
They were very pleasant. They were quick with assisting me with my issue. Will come back if I need more help.
Place kept very clean, the staff is very professional with amazing customer service.. it's a whole vibe.
New manager T was very knowledgeable and kind. Plus he’s a veteran!
The worst T-Mobile outlet. When I visited, the staff didn’t even care to get up and greet. Every question asked had a negative answer.
