The Customer Service is great, they got my bill lower and I got unlimited Data!!
Let me just say that I was very close to NOT being a Sprint customer! I was dragged through so much crap trying to switch from AT&T by the phone and online customer support. What saved Sprint was two ladies, Brittany and Shanell!!! Sprint needs to give these ladies a raise!!! The customer support that they showed me was remarkable.
