The workers in the store seem to not 1 thing about phones except how to sell you something you dont want, i went in there for a esn swap and ended up with 2 phone numbers on the same line... worthless workers!
The only reason I gave it a 1 star is because you have to. This is the one of the WORSE sprint stores in MI. They would be the reason I cancel and never come back to sprint. They have all these different policies that NO OTHER sprint has. They are rude and just don't care. My family has been with sprint for a decade and every since we started coming to this particular one, we have been through the worse. I truly hate this store. I DO NOT recommend it to anyone.
