Well I'm not satisfied I've returned 2phones in 2 weeks and still waiting on my refunds and every time I call customer service you have to explain over and over and get nowhere �
Got me the best Deal in town! They showed us many options with the phones, also got a great deal on our phone cases and they have a nice range of blue tooth speakers on sale!
Store looks awsome. Everybody is cool. Would rate 7 because 7 is lucky!
Always have great customer service when I need it. If I ever have a problem, they resolve it right away.
Worst customer service I've ever endured. Come in angry asking for a manager and no one comes out to even save face. No one ever picks up the phone...always have to inconvenience myself to drive to the store and wait forever for the understaffed store. I'm in sales and this is pathetic at an upgrade.
