I want to compliment one of your employees. General Manager, Stephen Sampson, at the NJ location , 65 Route 36 W., Eatontown, NJ. I went into their Sprint location today and Stephen was my custom service rep. My iPhone 6s Plus was not working, so he gave it to the tech to troubleshoot. In the interim, Stephen went over my account and asked me if I was interested in an upgrade. I was out of contract, and honestly was looking to go back to Verizon.
