I went in only to buy a SIM card and add a line to my existing account but the saleswomen also added a home internet hotspot to my account without my permission or knowledge. They tried selling me on it during checkout and argued it’s free for the first 14 days. I clearly told them no and I was only there for a SIM. Phones are locked down so that you can't even pick up the phone on a cable. Salesforce was not very helpful!
