RecommendedI had trouble with a new work phone activation on 7/15, and the representative was very helpful and courteous. He spent an hour tracking down the problem, and as the store was closing, he gave me perfect instructions to follow at home. In addition, he gave me his card to email him if I had any further issue that evening. Outstanding service!Thank you!
I went to the store because I noticed my bill kept increasing. I was greeted immediately and Travis was available to help. He explained the reason for the increase which had to do with promotions running out but then he noticed an issue having to do with the promotion. After a week of trying to get help to file a claim by phone and visiting 2 stores in Harrisonburg.....we paid a visit to this store. AMAZING customer service. Finally my phone is on its way to get fixed and I have a loaner. Highly recommend this store! Travis and Hunter are both awesome!! Thanks so much guys.....couldn't even get anyone to offer to help at the other stores.

Awesome experience! I have went in 3 times the past few months and have had Hunter each time. Very knowledgeable, helpful and patient with all questions. Went to great efforts to give me the best service possible. Highly recommend!
Great service very friendly excellent at what they do. I have dealt with several sprint stores but the LURAY store surpasses all the others.
I would like give a big shout out for Hunter weaver and Travis Meade. Aweaome sales associates. Answered ally questions and concerns. All round great people I was and still am a happy customer.
