I don't know what the purpose of this store is. If they're just gonna stand around sitting on counters , flirting and telling me to call customer service , this store is pointless and a waste of money

Cass, the Assistant Manager moved our phone and internet service from Verizon to T-Mobile. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and provided us with an excellent price package. Our experience was streamlined and easy! Highly recommend this T-Mobile location.
Zero stars would be too nice. Absolutely garbage people and the worst service you will ever experience in your life. Not even the manager is a decent individual that wants to help… it’s a shame. Maybe he could be more like the manager at the other store on ocean beach!
These guys are AMAZINGGG!! They took the time to help me and make sure I understood everything, and even fixed the other stores mistakes!! Ozzy (store manager) & Cass (assistant manager) & their employees Bri, Gabe, & Andres were allll such a pleasure to work with and I am looking forward to bringing all my friends and family to this store for all our needs!! Tell all your friends and family to go see them!! 🥳🥳
