I don't know if this will precipitate any real change as there seems to be a lot of reviews about the customer service here, but I think this is worth posting as a cautionary tale. My mother, who doesn't deal with phones often, went to this store to get a new phone. Hers has a virus, and she was hoping that upgrading the phone would help. She is caring for a family member that has some immediate health issues, and she needs a phone to communicate to the rest of the family. My husband and I had the best experience with Cass this past week. We had a couple of complicated matters and she was so helpful and encouraging for 3 days! Her knowledge and expertise is spot on!! Thank you Cass!

Went to Ocean Beach store and was treated extremely rude. Stopped by Washington Way store and Cass was awesome. Extremely helpful and great to work with.
