Great customer service with Gabe! It had been a very trying time getting phones connected but Gabe came to our rescue!!
I don't know if this will precipitate any real change as there seems to be a lot of reviews about the customer service here, but I think this is worth posting as a cautionary tale. My mother, who doesn't deal with phones often, went to this store to get a new phone. Hers has a virus, and she was hoping that upgrading the phone would help.
