The worst cell phone store ever!!!!!! I went in with my son to buy him a phone, the front girl name Sirena Diaz was not helpful at all she was on her phone I told her i need help she told me I have to wait her phone seem more important! I don't know why u hire somebody that don't have customer service! She looked clueless? I had ask her questions that she couldn't answer? Neve again will I go there with Sirena Diaz working there! She don't know what she's doing

If I could give less than one star, I would. I went to this Sprint store because I was having problems with not being able to hear callers unless I put them on speaker phone, because the call volume was so low. All the man there would talk about was leasing me a new iPhone or using the insurance to have it fixed. A female employee did do an update, but that didn't fix the problem. I was in the store for about 1 1/2 hours. I mentioned to my kid what the problem was. He called my cell phone & told me how to increase the call v... read more

BE VERY CAREFUL BUYING, LEASING, ETC. FROM THIS STORE OR SPRINT IN GENERAL. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS REFUND IF U CHANGE YOUR MIND, NO TRYING TO GET THEM TO BE FAIR AND THE $$$$$$ JUST SEEMS TO ADD UP AND UP...NOT A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY! WATCH OUT IS MY ADVICE....RECENT CUSTOMER WHO GOT RIPPED!

Terrible customer service, would rather drive to Ahwatukee and receive good service from the sprint store there off of Ray Rd....I am a huge supporter of Buy Local first but this is one local store that will not spend my money at.
