Stores currently states it is open from the customer service department, however the store is locked and no one is answering the phone for the past week.
I have have had the worst experience with sprint, and it's getting worse by the day,dropped calls, no calls, muffled calls, no service, all 6 lines are experiencing trouble, it is the network and NOBODY cares, not store, not customer service, they get their money and don't care to provide good service, I am bound to a contract, they should provide service we pay for. Took my phone in last Monday they said it would be sent in & ready by Friday , called Friday they said Monday (today) so I called to check today & they tell me to call in another 3 days to "check" . Not the best experience. Service could be better.
It is all new people and they don't run the way they use too
Certain employees there have this sort of attitude that they are and have the last say but i like to get my buisness done over the phone then go into the store cause simply made they trump whats some ignorant store reps want to enforce and i use that word for a reason.
