This store is the worst I have ever dealt with. The manager is awful and the sales representative, Josh I worked with lied to me about discounts and then wouldn't uphold what he said. He opened the box to the connect service and then when I returned it told me I would have to pay a $35 restocking fee... I didn't even open the box the entire time I had it, would not have even had their service at all if I had not been lied to in the first place and the manager refused to do anything about the deceptive practices. Worst service I have EVER had! – The staff at this branch is extremely rude; it is the worst place to go for problems with your service. I recommend staying on hold for a hour than to deal with this store.
