Absolutely horrible customer service he going to the store and they lied to you try to convince you to buy other things than to fix the problem you get online I give you the runaround online more I've been with Sprint for almost 10 years and over the last few years it is that incredibly bad 6 lines and cannot wait to the last one is up so I can move my whole family away from this company finally and I guarantee you after reading these reviews they are fake after hearing how unhappy everybody is the cousin of that store and e... read more
Mike C. Is the greatest sales person ever. He deserves a damn raise, and a parade full of naked women and a thrown made of gold. Long story short, he put my mind at ease when I was worried about how much my new service would be. Through his professional demeanor, and cheery attitude, he guided me to the Sprint Promised Land. Where the streets are paved with data, and tweets fly free.
Mandy was moe than a great help getting my issue resolved. She made the wait a good time talking about things we have in common. Would recommend her for anyone a great worker.
