I was overcharged to set up a new account 3 months ago. I was told I was going to be reimbursed for paying $100 more than I was suppose to and never did. Aubrey was a great salesperson but the fact that my service every month has sucked leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I got so fed up with sprint that I said forget it and just let my phone get disconnected because I don't see why I have to keep paying for monthly service and I haven't got any of my money back from being overcharged when I started my account.
