The staff at this shop are awesome. Damon handled my purchase and did a great job! I came back for another family members phone today and was happy to see he was on duty! Another great job by Damon!
Never have i ever had to pay MORE by walking into a store with CASH in my hand. I am literally paying you with the official currency of our country, after using gas to drive to your store that is 15 minutes from my house to put CASH in your hand. For some reason, that is $5 extra after I've spent more of my time and used gasoline and put miles on my vehicle. This makes absolutely no sense and is completely absurd.
Today I had an awesome experience at the Maryville Sprint store with my guy,,,,Trevor Lynch. He jumped through hoops and even threatened to beat a few people up to make me happy today. Yay Trevor!!!! You are definitely employee of the day for Sprint. I think they should give you a day off with pay for the customer service skills that you showed today. Way to represent Sprint!!! Tks so much for everything!! (by the way,,,,I was only kidding about the threatening to beat people up comment) :-)
team was very helpful, cooperative, and friendly to me.
Trevor was very helpful in upgrading the cell phone switch. It was very quick.
