RecommendedCarla and zeb the store manager took care of my wife and I. Took time to explain benefits of the differences of each phone for my wife. Zeb is always good to us and other customers and Carla will be who I will continue to see when I need a phone. Great work yall
I have been a customer of Sprints for 10 years and due to the treatment I received at the Kingsport location (by a manager) I am seriously considering switching service to Verizon! I purchased an Apple Watch from them in December and it hasn’t ever connected to cellular data I have patiently worked with the sprint store in Bristol and sprint for the past 30 days to try and get the issue fixed. Went to sprint today and like always my man Zeb took care of me like usually never have a problem in the store friendly and caring people there ....anytime someone says I need to get a phone plan I always tell them to come there and just let them help you out with all your questions and concerns
