The only reason it doesn't get one star is because I've had good service here before. This time has been way bad to much to explain but lies and short comings. I don't take the time to complain often but this has been ridiculous. It's been almost a week and three visits to the store and not even an answer. Very dissatisfied.

1 hate that i cant reach anyone on the phone on hold 1 hour. They cant get you a manager they disconnect on you. Terrible service
