On Sat July 14 I had an appointment with Sprint located at Cave Springs Shopping Center 4059 Veterans Memorial Pkwy St. Peters MO. My screen is cracked and I came in for a screen repair. Mike H. was the floor manager and he took care of me. He looked my account up and immediately said there is a lock on my account and he could not proceed. He asked if I purchased the phone from another carrier. I did not. I purchased my phone from Sprint.
