They take a long time. They sold me a glass for a phone where they said that if it was damaged or broken they would replace it... but they never have that glass on the phone.
This location appears to be racist. I came in and was ignored for 45 minutes. Two Hispanic families came in after me and were greeted and told the wait time. One associate was about help the family that came after me & I let them know I was here before them. There was a whole back and forth like I would lie about when I came. If I would've been greeted they would've known I just needed a screen protector.
I am not one to write negative reviews and 9 out of 10 times give the person/company/product benefit of the doubt. For this branch of T-mobile, however, I feel compelled to write my honest and unfiltered review sincerely hoping that the company will take note of how single handedly the unprofessional staff at this location is hurting their business. This Spanish guys work in this store are racist.i walk in store to get service they ignored me soon Spanish guy wk in store they all walk to him and tell him how can we help but when I walk in nobody said noting to me they ignored me..
Gerald was very helpful, I went only for a screen protector change and he made the whole experience fun and fast, great taste in music too :).
