For this branch of T-mobile, however, I feel compelled to write my honest and unfiltered review sincerely hoping that the company will take note of how single handedly the unprofessional staff at this location is hurting their business. Gerald was very helpful, I went only for a screen protector change and he made the whole experience fun and fast, great taste in music too :).
We went in there late last night, almost closing time but got greeted with nothing but enthusiasm and warmth. Elsa and her team are just amazing!!
Unprofessional and unhelpful experience. These people wasted my valuable time and left my situation worse than before I went in. I came into the store with my 360 replacement that would not transfer the eSIM to the new phone and left without cell service and have been without cell service for days.
