I have been a Sprint customer for 15 years. Their customer service has gone downhill ever since. When I first became a Sprint customer they would bend over backwards to help. Now all they say is sorry and try to pawn you off to the repair center that is in Fond Du Lac. Quite a drive from Sun Prairie. After 15 years I will have to change carriers to someone who cares about customer service after the sale.
