Service map is false, internet doesn't work half the time and when it does it definetly isn't 4g despite their map saying so. Customer service is a joke as well, they want to make it as hard as possible to cancel. Can only cancel in person at that store I signed up at? What a joke. Good thing I didn't move out of state, then what? Can't even mail in a signed cancellation when I live an hour away. If you read reviews, the recent ones are very negative about their data coverage, I should've listened.
