Worst customer service I've ever experienced. It started with standing there for almost 20 minutes without anyone offering to check me in and then I finally went upto the girl who was just sitting there and asked her if I could check in. I waited for an hour and a half and during that time my name was skipped twice despite me standing waiting the entire tume.
