These people don't respect their building neighbors. We have had several thefts because they send their customers to our store for our bathroom. AFTER BEING TOLD SEVERAL TIMES NOT TO SEND THEIR CUSTOMERS TO OUR STORE. WE ARE NOT A PUBLIC BATHROOM. TERRIBLE PEOPLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE~ So, I made a visit to the sprint store about a week ago because I was having a problem with my phone. There was one other customer in the store, who was being helped when I arrived and about 5 associate on the floor and maybe three in the back one of which was the manager (no one in front to greet) A VERY rude tech.
