I'm selecting a single star, only because I have to make a selection to submit my rating. Note: my official rating is 0 stars. This is due to Curtis at the Maple Grove, MN location. He screwed up my account terribly on March 7, 2020. It's April 16, 2020 and I am still trying to fix the mess Curtis created. Horrible experience. Fire Curtis.
I've been a sprint customer since 2008 and i've never had such a horrible experience in my duration with sprint. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - They sold us defective phones and we tried to return or exchange them 9 days later to which they would not honor the 14 day return policy. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and would recommend to avoid this store (and think twice about their service all together).
