Awesome awesome experience today! Came in to get an all new plan with 3 lines and kept adding things and Caleb and D'ante were AMAZING!! They got us the absolute best prices possible and were so super patient through all the work. Caleb even went out of his way to make sure my husband got the phone he really wanted! Will definitely be back to work with then in the future!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

I have had the absolute worst experience the last few months working with this location. Store manager told his customers he feels like “a fish out of water”. It’s almost never staffed and the employee or two that do show up have gotten no training. We did a switch from a different carrier to a new carrier. They forgot to set up the network to T-mobile on the new phone and we are still being billed 3 months later for a phone that was completely paid off and they promised me after I went in there a third time they had it take... read more

We came in with some questions about international travel. Caleb answered all of our questions very well, and made things easy to understand. He is very personable. I would recommend seeing him for your phone needs.
