In the twenty years i've been dealing with the baxter store in minnesota, abby, reed and dylan, we're the first people that got me out of that store in less then two and a half hours i think T-Mobile is a junk company. They're the only one who figured out how to make sprint look stupid and I'm stuck with them for a bit, but those employees were fantastic. I don't think the shop owner cares.
Honestly so disappointed mainly in the insurance company t mobile uses but also the employee that worked there. Didn't even try to help keep a customer that has been with t mobile for 10+ years. Extremely disappointed and will never deal with them again. There was no good customer service about this at all.
