Fast, professional service. The ladies were awesome.
T-Mobil is now Sprint. We were sent into a store to resolve a problem by the on-line customer care. The gentleman in the store was not helpful. Told us we needed to call customer care. A good customer service representative would have called them himself and tried to help us resolve our problem. He made assumptions and refused to go the extra mile. We were extremely polite and just left with the issue unresolved.
Saved a lot of money by switching to T-Mobile. Couldn’t ask for a better cellular service or customer service. Brad knocked it out of the park.
